We are Jim and Sharon Bergin and have owned dogs for the past forty plus years.

​​WWhilst showing our Dobermann back in the early 1980’s we saw and fell in love with the Hungarian Vizsla, when we lost our last Dobermann in January 1995 we finally acquired a beautiful Vizsla bitch, “Merecroft Fire and Ice “(Pumpkin) and so our love affair with this beautiful breed began.

Our current Vizslas cover a wide spectrum of ages, all with their different ways and personalities life is never dull here at Roughshoot.
